After several years within the Financial Services Agency, Leanne became a Partner with D.T.F. Insurance Agency in 2008 and is co-founder of Prosper Wealth Ltd. Having Graduated with an Undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Leanne was honoured to continue her studies at the distinctive University of Oxford where she achieved her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2005. Leanne was recognized with the P.R.A.I.S.E. (Performance Recognition Award for Innovation and Service Excellence) award while with Investors Group. With the desire to be an industry leader, she also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) along with earning the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designations. Leanne is now in her sixteenth year of financial planning and an active member of her community through volunteer work.

Cameron began his career in the Financial Services industry in 2003 after graduating from the University of Manitoba with a double major in Finance and Management Information Systems. Cameron began working with Great West Life as a Living Benefit Specialist and advanced to the position of Advanced Sales Manager, Living Benefits. Cameron worked closely with financial planners and their clients on developing solutions to disability and critical illness insurance needs. In 2010, Cameron pursued an opportunity with the BMO Life Insurance company. As the Senior Business Development Manager at BMO Life Insurance, Cameron built relationships with financial planners in Manitoba as well as Saskatchewan to establish life insurance solutions for both individual and corporate clients. With twelve years in the financial services industry, Cameron is a continuous learner and holds both his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and his Certified Health Insurance Services (CHS) designation. He is also a dedicated father and member of his community.
David Fredrickson, CFP®, CHS, CLU
David founded D.T.F. Insurance Agency and is co-founder of Prosper Wealth Ltd. Dave has been in the financial services industry for 44 years. Dave has been involved with Compassionate Friends, coached soccer in the community for fifteen years and has devoted his time to industry advocacy and standards. An active Member of CALU since 2005, David has earned his Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®), his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and his Certified Health Insurance Specialist designation (CHS). In addition to his diverse industry experience in the life and wealth components of planning and group benefits specialization, Dave brings extensive corporate structuring and planning strategies to Prosper Wealth.
Geoffrey E. Nanton, CLU
Geoff began his financial services career with one of the major banks in 1978. In 1989 he formed his own financial services firm which eventually became Nanton Financial Services Inc. Geoff has been a member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada since 1989 and attained his Chartered Life Underwriting designation (CLU) in 1997. After 42 years in the financial services industry, Geoff merged Nanton Financial with Prosper Wealth Ltd.
Geoff and his family are longtime supporters of Siloam Mission. Geoff has been involved with Habitat for Humanity Winnipeg, for over a decade, both in sponsoring the builds and working on site. Most notable was his working beside President and Mrs. Jimmy Carter on the “Carter Build”.
Geoff continues to serve his clients in all areas of Insurance and financial planning.
Stan began working in the financial industry sector in 2007 after receiving his business administration diploma, with honours, from Seneca College. He began his career with Investors Group as an account administrator and progressed onto the client service side of the business guiding financial planners on policies, paperwork, and business requirements. Within a couple of years Stan moved to a compliance analyst role, which eventually progressed into a compliance specialist role. He worked closely with financial planners on properly assessing suitable investment options, pension commutation strategies, and leverage strategies for clients. In 2016, Stan joined Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. as a branch manager, helping financial planners maintain harmonious practices in the ever-changing regulatory world. Stan is continuously working on his education and is currently enrolled in the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) curriculum which he expects to complete in 2021.

Working with the Private Wealth & Estate Services team, Chris supports a comprehensive investment review process specializing in diversified, tax-effective investment strategies.
Previously, Chris worked in investment product management at an independent national brokerage firm focusing on high-net-worth clients. He also worked in product development, focusing on pooled investment products, at a major financial services company. Chris has a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba. He has earned the Canadian Investment Manager designation by completing courses in portfolio management techniques, investment management and the Canadian Securities Course.
